		<description>I think your last paragraph says it all - there really aren't any fast track ways to lose weight healthily. And like you say, for weight loss you have to reduce the number of calories you eat to a sensible level of 1000-1200 calories. But I think this is where loads of people slip up, they find it difficult to know how many calories they have eaten. So sometimes it is useful to use meal replacement shakes so calories are easily controlled.</description>
